德國(guó)巴斯夫ecovio IA1652 PLA
covio® IA1652 is a mineral fi lled injection molding grade for biodegradable packaging applications in food contact. BASF’s ecovio® IA grade is resistant to higher temperatures than injection molding grades which are mainly based on PLA. A certain type of ecofl ex® grade transfers the benefi cial properties of ecofl ex® into this heat resistant product.

ecovio® FS2341 is our new biodegradable film product partly based on renewable resources. It is basically a compound of our biodegradable, aliphatic-aromatic copolyester ecoflex® FS and a small amount of polylactic acid (PLA). ecovio® FS2341 has a bio-based content of 44%*. Due to its outstanding mechanical strength ecovio® FS2341 offers a great down gauging potential needed for very thin film applications like T-shirt, organic waste and fruit & vegetable bags etc. ecovio® FS2341 does not contain slip agents. ecoflex® slip masterbatches have to be used to tailor the sliding properties required for easy processing on film extrusion and film conversion equipment.
ecovio® F2223 is one of our biodegradable fi lm products partly based on renewable resources. It is basically a compound of our biodegradable, aliphatic-aromatic copolyester ecofl ex® F and polylactic acid (PLA). ecovio® F2223 already contains a slip agent required for easy processing on fi lm extrusion and fi lm conversion equipment. ecofl ex®F is the continuous phase in the structure of ecovio® F2223 transferring the benefi cial fi lm properties of ecofl ex® F into the product.
