除了采用傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的高速開關(guān)閥,新型的數(shù)字閥結(jié)構(gòu)也是研究的重點(diǎn)。明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)(University of Minnesota)設(shè)計了一種通過PWM信號控制的高速開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)閥,如圖6所示。該閥的閥芯表面呈螺旋形,PWM信號與閥芯的轉(zhuǎn)速成比例。傳統(tǒng)直線運(yùn)動閥芯運(yùn)動需要克服閥芯慣性而造成的電機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)換器功率較大,而該閥的驅(qū)動功率與閥芯行程無關(guān)。從實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可知,在試驗(yàn)壓力小于10 MPa的情況下,該閥流量可以達(dá)到40L/min,頻響100Hz,驅(qū)動功率30 W。
浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)在2D電液數(shù)字換向閥方面展開研究,如圖7所示。其利用三位四通2D數(shù)字伺服閥,在閥套的內(nèi)表面對稱的開一對螺旋槽。通過低壓孔、高壓孔與螺旋槽構(gòu)成的面積,推動閥芯左右移動。步進(jìn)電機(jī)通過傳動機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動閥芯在一定的角度范圍內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)動。該閥利用旋轉(zhuǎn)電磁鐵和撥桿撥叉機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動閥芯作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動;由油液壓力差推動閥芯作軸向移動,實(shí)現(xiàn)閥口的高速開啟與關(guān)閉。當(dāng)用旋轉(zhuǎn)電磁鐵驅(qū)動時,在28 MPa工作壓力下,閥芯軸向行程為0.8mm,開啟時間約為18ms,6mm通徑閥流量高達(dá)60L/min。
