提前7個(gè)工作日提供貨物的申報(bào)相關(guān)資料正本：
1、將罐東公司提供的罐證，到指定公司蓋取正本章
2、包裝危險(xiǎn)貨物技術(shù)說明書；（若非危品，省略此處）
3、危險(xiǎn)貨物罐柜充罐安全適運(yùn)聲明單；（若非危品，省略此處）
4、場(chǎng)站收據(jù)復(fù)印件
注1：根據(jù)以上單據(jù)，并按照正確的數(shù)據(jù)、品名、箱型等到海事局進(jìn)行貨申報(bào)，然后再根據(jù)貨申報(bào)單和裝箱證明書等送船公司進(jìn)行船申報(bào)。
注:海事局簽發(fā)：1、一份箱申報(bào)單海事局留底；2、簽發(fā)3份正本貨申報(bào)單；一份海事局留底；一份貨代留底；一份進(jìn)行船申報(bào)；
船申報(bào)（船代來完成）[若非危品，省略此處]：1、一份正本貨申報(bào)單交給船代?（申報(bào)單上注明關(guān)單號(hào)，箱號(hào)，凈重，封號(hào)） （根據(jù)船舶申報(bào)的截止日期，一般提前二~三個(gè)工作日截）2、車隊(duì)裝箱證明書復(fù)印件

Provide application materials
Provide the original of declaration related materials of goods 7 working days in advance:
1. Take the tank certificate provided by the tank east company to the designated company and take the original seal
2. Technical specification for packing dangerous goods; (if not dangerous goods, omit here)
3. Declaration of safe and suitable transportation of dangerous goods tank filling; (if not dangerous goods, omit here)
4. Copy of station receipt
Note 1: according to the above documents, and according to the correct data, product name and box type, wait until the maritime bureau makes cargo declaration, and then send the cargo declaration b and packing certificate to the shipping company for ship declaration.
Note: issued by the maritime bureau: 1. One container declaration b to be kept by the maritime bureau; 2. Three original cargo declaration bs to be issued; one maritime bureau to be kept at the bottom; one freight forwarder to be kept at the bottom; one ship declaration to be carried out;
Ship declaration (completed by the ship agent) [if not dangerous goods, omit here]: 1. One original cargo declaration b shall be bted to the ship agent? (the declaration b shall indicate the customs declaration number, case number, net weight and seal number) (according to the deadline of ship declaration, it is generally cut off two to three working days in advance) 2. Copy of the fleet packing certificate
