MSDS?(Material?Safety?Data?Sheet)即化學(xué)品安全說明書，亦可譯為化學(xué)品安全技術(shù)說明書或化學(xué)品安全數(shù)據(jù)說明書。是化學(xué)品生產(chǎn)商和進(jìn)口商用來闡明化學(xué)品的理化特性（如PH值，閃點(diǎn)，易燃度，反應(yīng)活性等）以及對使用者的健康（如致癌，致畸等）可能產(chǎn)生的危害的一份文件。
主要提供其他對安全有重要意義的信息，包括：參考文獻(xiàn)、填表時(shí)間、填表部門、數(shù)據(jù)審核單位等。
