目前，常見的危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素包括幾個(gè)方面:
(1)如托運(yùn)人和貨運(yùn)代理有意或無意地不做危險(xiǎn)貨物申報(bào)，利用與普通貨物之間的運(yùn)價(jià)差獲取不當(dāng)?shù)美?
(2)托運(yùn)人和貨運(yùn)代理對(duì)危險(xiǎn)貨物無知而導(dǎo)致在申報(bào)、包裝、裝箱等方面的疏忽;
(3)危險(xiǎn)品裝箱不當(dāng)，致使危險(xiǎn)貨物無法經(jīng)受海上運(yùn)輸?shù)某Ｒ?guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn);
(4)對(duì)《聯(lián)合國(guó)國(guó)際海運(yùn)危險(xiǎn)貨物規(guī)則》(國(guó)際危規(guī))缺乏了解，托運(yùn)人或貨運(yùn)代理未對(duì)裝載危險(xiǎn)貨物的集裝箱進(jìn)行正確和充分的標(biāo)簽、標(biāo)汜和標(biāo)示;危險(xiǎn)品集裝箱沒有按照《國(guó)際危規(guī)》的要求進(jìn)行船舶積載或隔離，或被錯(cuò)誤地裝載在了船舶不適合的位置上;
(5)有關(guān)危險(xiǎn)品集裝箱被裝載在廠不具備相應(yīng)類別危險(xiǎn)品的船上等。
上述風(fēng)險(xiǎn)中，應(yīng)該受到譴責(zé)的是托運(yùn)人或托運(yùn)人的貨運(yùn)代理人故意隱瞞貨物的危險(xiǎn)特性。一旦事故發(fā)生，瞞報(bào)就在事實(shí)上剝奪了承運(yùn)人正確施救的機(jī)會(huì)。

(4) Lack of understanding of the UN International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG Code), the shipper or freight forwarder did not correctly and adequaby label, mark and mark the containers carrying dangerous goods; the dangerous goods containers were not stowed or isolated in accordance with the requirements of IMDG Code, or were wrongly loaded in the inappropriate b of the ship;
(5) Relevant dangerous goods containers are loaded on ships without corresponding categories of dangerous goods.

Among the above risks, it should be condemned that the shipper or the shipper's freight forwarder deliberaby conceals the dangerous characteristics of the goods. Once the accident happens, concealment will in fact deprive the carrier of the opportunity to rescue correctly.
