1進(jìn)口公司需到口岸商檢局做進(jìn)口香皂港口信息備案，備案是需要提前讓國外做好授權(quán)書，{國外生產(chǎn)廠家給國內(nèi)進(jìn)口商授權(quán)}，做好授權(quán)書后需要到東方平臺做授權(quán)，總共需要時間7天，然后帶著授權(quán)證正本去進(jìn)口港口信息備案，獲取備案即可。
2在進(jìn)口商檢局做進(jìn)口香皂標(biāo)簽備案。
3香皂標(biāo)簽做好后，可安排香皂提前報檢
4 出具關(guān)單，關(guān)報關(guān)，出具稅單，進(jìn)口香皂收貨人繳納關(guān)稅增值，關(guān)放行，安排貨物進(jìn)境。
5 貨物到達(dá)到貨口岸后，商檢局商檢人員會對香皂進(jìn)行查驗和抽樣送檢，商檢查驗后過關(guān)通道【關(guān)如布控，則關(guān)需要查驗】
6 查驗放行后，貨物應(yīng)放到商檢局認(rèn)可的倉庫存放，并加貼中文標(biāo)簽，【第二次進(jìn)口可在國外加貼中文標(biāo)簽】
7 送檢結(jié)果出來后，合格的簽發(fā)《檢疫檢驗合格衛(wèi)生證》，進(jìn)口商/代理商/經(jīng)銷商/收貨人獲得合格的《衛(wèi)生證》后方可銷售使用該批香皂。

6. After inspection and release, the goods shall be stored in a warehouse approved by the commodity inspection bureau and labeled in Chinese
7. After the inspection result comes out, the qualified one will be issued with the quarantine inspection certificate, and the importer / agent / dealer / consignee can only sell and use this batch of soap after obtaining the qualified certificate.
