生產(chǎn)個(gè)人防護(hù)或者工業(yè)用非醫(yī)療器械管理的普通口罩，有進(jìn)出口權(quán)的企業(yè)，可自行直接出口。
生產(chǎn)屬于醫(yī)療器械管理的口罩用于出口，中國(guó)海關(guān)不需要企業(yè)提供相關(guān)資質(zhì)證明文件，但一般進(jìn)口國(guó)會(huì)要求生產(chǎn)企業(yè)提供產(chǎn)品三證，以證明該進(jìn)口的商品在中國(guó)已合法上市，具體如下：
1.營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍包含有醫(yī)療器械相關(guān)，非醫(yī)療級(jí)別的物品不需要）。
2.醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品備案證或者注冊(cè)證。
3. 廠家檢測(cè)報(bào)告。
生產(chǎn)企業(yè)有進(jìn)出口權(quán)，可以自行出口，如沒(méi)有進(jìn)出口權(quán)，可以通過(guò)外貿(mào)代理進(jìn)行出口銷售。
1. Business license (business scope includes medical devices, and non-medical grade items are not required).
2. Medical device product record certificate or registration certificate.
3. Manufacturer's test report.
Production enterprises have the right of import and export, and can export by themselves. If they do not have the right of import and export, they can sell through foreign trade agents.
