進(jìn)口水產(chǎn)品輸出國(guó)家(地區(qū))檢驗(yàn)檢疫證書(shū)基本要求
一、證書(shū)上應(yīng)當(dāng)標(biāo)明:品名(包括學(xué)名)、產(chǎn)地、生產(chǎn)模式(養(yǎng)殖或捕撈,如養(yǎng)殖應(yīng)標(biāo)明養(yǎng)殖區(qū)域,如捕撈需標(biāo)明捕撈區(qū)域、捕撈漁船船名及編號(hào))、加工方式、生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)名稱及注冊(cè)號(hào)、出證部門;注明運(yùn)輸工具(船名、航班號(hào)、集裝箱號(hào)等)、封識(shí)號(hào)、發(fā)貨人、收貨人、數(shù)/重量、生產(chǎn)日期。
二、檢驗(yàn)檢疫證書(shū)不得涂改,須有印章及檢驗(yàn)檢疫人員簽名,目的地須為中華人民共和國(guó)。
三、每一批水產(chǎn)品須有一份檢驗(yàn)檢疫證書(shū)正本。證書(shū)用語(yǔ)必須為中文、英文對(duì)照,或中文、英文及其他外文對(duì)照。
四、證書(shū)應(yīng)當(dāng)載明以下內(nèi)容:茲證明:This is to certify that:
1. 上述產(chǎn)品來(lái)自主管當(dāng)局注冊(cè)的企業(yè)。The above fishery products were come from the establishment approved by competent authority.
2. 該產(chǎn)品在衛(wèi)生條件下生產(chǎn)、包裝、儲(chǔ)藏和運(yùn)輸,并置于主管當(dāng)局監(jiān)督之下。The products were produced, packed, stored, and transported under sanitary condition, which were under the supervision of competent authority.
3. 該產(chǎn)品經(jīng)主管當(dāng)局檢驗(yàn)檢疫,未發(fā)現(xiàn)中國(guó)規(guī)定的有害病菌、有毒有害物質(zhì)和異物。The products were inspected and quarantined by competent authority and not found any pathogenic bacteria, harmful substances and foreign substances regulated in the P.R.China.
4. 該產(chǎn)品符合獸醫(yī)衛(wèi)生要求,適合人類食用。The products meet veterinary sanitary requirements and fit for human consumption.
