適用范圍：   HB型熱收縮全自動包裝機及HW-2400熱收縮爐適用于碗裝、桶裝方便面、新鮮蔬菜、杯裝果奶、杯裝奶茶、掛面、饃片、消毒（一次性）餐具、牙膏、化妝品、蚊香、電池、六/八連杯酸、飲樂多、飲料、茶飲料等外層熱收縮包裝。

HB型全自動熱收縮膜包裝機有以下特點：

1、主機采用工業(yè)電腦PLC或CPU控制，變頻調(diào)速，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，自動化程度高。

2、采用數(shù)字智能型雙顯溫控儀，使封口溫度合適，包裝物封口美觀，產(chǎn)品合格率高。

3、本機使用卷膜，自動完成制袋-----充填----封口----切斷全部過程，比制袋后手工充填然后使用封口機封口可以節(jié)省許多人工和費用，產(chǎn)品更衛(wèi)生，而且包裝速度有較大提高。

4、該機配有薄膜廢邊纏繞收集裝置，切下的余料纏繞成筒狀，以便于回收。包裝物縱封、橫封封口收縮后為三條線，成H型。

5、HB型全自動熱收縮膜包裝機外形尺寸：長5.12M、寬1.2M、高1.6M。

6、該機與HW-2400熱收縮爐配套使用，可使產(chǎn)品包裝速度快，每分鐘可達100包以上。

HW-2400型熱收縮爐有以下特點：

1、爐體加熱區(qū)域中間有夾層，內(nèi)部充填保溫材料，可有效節(jié)約能源。

2、整個顱腔分前后兩個溫區(qū)，分別控制溫度。

3、采用熱風(fēng)強制循環(huán)加熱，上下左右加熱均勻。

4、適合于POF、OPP、PVC等多種包裝材料的收縮，收縮后效果美觀、均勻，可收縮包裝物的最大尺寸為：寬200mm，高120mm。

5、HW-2400型熱收縮爐總功率16.1KW，其中熱功率15KW,電機功率1.11KW。

6、外形尺寸：長2.41M，寬0.6M，高1.6M.
