印刷設(shè)備耗材德國瑪萊寶SR系列油墨專設(shè)計(jì)用于干印刷硬性不干膠、ABS、SAN、丙烯酸纖維（啞加力）、PC、預(yù)處理PET膜和卡紙。若添加硬化劑H1，用于印刷熱塑性塑料（如蜜胺樹脂）、薄陽極化鋁及處理過的POM或涂漆承印物等，也能獲得良好的附著力。光澤度高，是印刷優(yōu)質(zhì)標(biāo)簽、張貼品、展示牌、各種工業(yè)文字、標(biāo)尺和薄膜開關(guān)的最佳選擇。
功能特點(diǎn)
1 ）干燥 物理干燥很快的油墨 20℃氣溫條件下干燥5-10分鐘可進(jìn)行加印。在50℃的隧道式干燥機(jī)中干燥20-30秒即可堆放。若使用高效能及通風(fēng)能力的干燥機(jī)溫度可降至40℃，以減少對(duì)工件的損害。
2） 耐褪色性 除SR520，536，568，823和839外，SR系列油墨含有耐褪色性繩索的顏料。對(duì)于長期戶外使用，通常我們建議用印刷光油SR911覆涂整個(gè)表面。SR油墨所采用的顏料具有耐溶劑和增塑劑的特性。
3） 抗壓性在正確及徹底的干涸后，墨膜呈很好的附著性、耐刮耐磨性和抗粘著性。SR油墨對(duì)汽油有很好的抗性（SR170除外）。SR170遮光白因色素漬積高，不適于制模（建議采用SR070或SR270白色）。SR油墨懷硬化劑一起使用能達(dá)到最高抗化學(xué)性和耐械性。SR油墨的干涸過程中溫度不能低于15℃，否則會(huì)對(duì)墨膜造成不可逆的損壞。
