YL-BZD型半自動粘箱機(jī)是近年來紙箱生產(chǎn)的新型環(huán)保設(shè)備，主要用于紙箱粘合，摒棄傳統(tǒng)的銅釘裝訂方式，提高了生產(chǎn)效率，產(chǎn)品型質(zhì)量好。
主機(jī)架：機(jī)架、升降工作臺、前段輸送裝置、中段輸送裝置、中段壓合裝置、成品側(cè)面輸出裝置、電氣控制裝置。

一、 YL-BZD型半自動粘箱機(jī)采用精良的加工工藝和優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼材加工制作而成，機(jī)械效率每分鐘40片。采用智能雙數(shù)顯計數(shù)器，自動堆碼側(cè)面輸出。

二、上紙臺可自動或腳踏完成升降，方便快捷提高生產(chǎn)效率。

三、涂膠頭選用美國進(jìn)口優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁型材，涂膠輪選用日本優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼，勻膠塑塊選用日本優(yōu)質(zhì)賽鋼精磨制做，上漿桶由優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制成自然壓力給膠。
涂膠粘合后由強(qiáng)力風(fēng)機(jī)壓合烘干，校正后由電子感應(yīng)自動輸出到中斷壓合，壓合后由光電計算控制，設(shè)置所需成品打包數(shù)后，自動橫向輸出。

九、整機(jī)鋼材選用The steel chooses
