使用說(shuō)明Operation Introduction
銅磷釬料是以銅、磷兩元合金和銅、磷、銀三元合金為基的釬料，它具有良好的流動(dòng)性，適用于接觸釬焊、氣體火焰釬焊、高頻釬焊及爐中釬焊。銅磷合金中加入銀會(huì)大大地提高焊料濕潤(rùn)能力，提高強(qiáng)度和韌性，降低熔點(diǎn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于電冰箱、空調(diào)器等制冷行業(yè)，以及電機(jī)、電器、儀器等制造行業(yè)。
銅磷釬料適宜于釬焊銅及黃銅，但是不適宜釬焊黑色金屬。釬料中的磷可以還原氧化銅及氧化銀，起著釬劑作用，因此銅磷釬料釬焊銅和銀時(shí)，可以不需要釬劑，但在釬焊銅合金時(shí)，因?yàn)榱撞荒艹浞值剡€原銅的合金元素形成的氧化物，為了獲得優(yōu)質(zhì)釬縫，還應(yīng)與釬劑配合使用。

The copper-phosphorus filler bls with good fluidity are a kind of copper and phosphorus two elements alloy base or copper,phosphorus and sliver three elements.They can adopt contact welding.oxyfuel gas welding.high frequency welding and furnace welding. The copper-phosphorus alloy with sliver will greatly improve wettability,strength toughness and lower melting point.theseproducts are mainly applied on the refrigeration.air conditioner.water heater as well as transber,motor,instruments and meters etc. Thecopper-phosphorus filler bls are suitable to braze copper,brasses but they can not be suitable to braze ferrous.The phosphorus in the filler bls can reduce oxide of copper and oxde of sliver as braxing flux,so you don`t need it when you braze when you braze copper alloy because the phosphorus can`t fully reduce the oxide bed by copper alloy element. Before brazing,you should b away all dirt on the brazed place and on the surface of b to be brazed such as greasy dirt,oxide and so on,the best brazed joints is between0.03mm to 0.075mm. Theheat speed should be quick as possible when brazing in order to avoid the flat of the filler bls because of slow heat process .The copper color will be reture if it is dipped into 10percent of sulphuric acid solution.

釬焊前必須嚴(yán)格清除釬焊金屬表面的油脂、氧化物等污物，釬燭接頭的最好間隙為0.03~0.075mm。釬焊時(shí)加熱速度盡可能快些，避免因加熱過(guò)程緩慢造成銅磷釬料偏析，焊后的顏色是亮灰色，浸在10﹪硫酸中將恢復(fù)銅的顏色。

1、焊絲系列：￠0.8～￠3.0mm盤(pán)絲；
2、焊條系列：￠0.8～￠4.0mm直條，1.3×3.15扁焊條；

1、 The welding wires series:The plate –shaped welding wires whose diameters are between 0.8mm to 3.0mm. 2、 The brazing rods series:The stick –shaped rods whose diameters are between 0.8mm to 4.0mm and theflat-shaped whose specification is 1.3mmx3.15mmm.. 3、 The brazing rings series:Various specification whose diameters are between 0.8mm to 2.5mm and whose internal diameter is more than 3.5mm. The main purpose is to satisfy the automation production line. |
3、焊環(huán)系列：絲徑￠0.8～￠2.5mm、內(nèi)徑￠3.5mm以上各種規(guī)格焊環(huán)，主要為了滿(mǎn)足自動(dòng)化焊接生產(chǎn)線使用。
